    I need to make a change

    After all my excitement to get on the scale, I am bummed out.  I haven't lost any weight.  Tom lost 4.  I think that is incredible. We go grocery shopping tomorrow, so my diet will change. 
    Now I need to not be discouraged and give up.  I'm going to keep on trying.  I have to get healthy.

    Don't get discouraged and give up. You can do this!! I know it is hard to think like this when you try so hard but remeber that you didn't gain any weight. I know for me I even that would be an accomplishment!

    Hang in there.  I totally understand your frustration.  But it happens.  Sometimes it just pains me when the contestants on Biggest Loser get all sad because they didn't lose double digits.  I'd be happy with 2 pounds a week!  If I could lose that, I'd be at my goal, plus some within 8 months!
    Remember...we are all in this together.  It's a re-learning process.  We didn't get overweight overnight.  We just have to change our habits and stop watching the scale (much easier said than done!).  Together we can do this!
    Oh...and tell Tom congratulations!!!!
